Become a My Guide Series Author

Written a self-help or how-to book?

Rather be part of an expanding series than see your book standing alone?

The My Guide series provides guidance in all areas for self-help and improvement or general how-to books. These comprehensive guides are for anyone who has a desire to improve their lives in some way. Therapy, counselling and training can be expensive and self-help books are a cost-effective and convenient way of getting the help people need.

Want your non-fiction book to promote your business?

As a trainer, coach, therapist or thought leader, having your book in print can greatly enhance your standing in the professional world. Imagine walking into a prospective client and handing them a physical copy of your book. We know that being a published author gives credibility and enables doors to open for speaking engagements, higher fees and far greater business opportunities, even celebrity status. So if you are serious about growing your business or practice, call today to discuss your options or simply complete the contact form and one of the team will get back to you at a convenient time.

Do you have knowledge that can help others?

As a new or established author, it can be difficult to get your book noticed. But as a My Guide author, in addition to your own marketing efforts, you will benefit from your book being marketed as part of a series.

It works like any form of publishing in that you get paid royalties every six months. Your book will be published by Richmond Pickering Ltd, and listed on Amazon and Nielsens. As part of our growing My Guide series, in addition to your own marketing, you will receive the benefit of our marketing expertise, which includes a website dedicated to marketing your book. Your book will also be advertised on:

You may have spent many months, perhaps even years writing your book and as part of this rapidly expanding series, your book will receive the very best attention. All books accepted for publication by Richmond Pickering Ltd are subject to strict publishing guidelines. If you feel your book would complement our existing titles, please do not hesitate to get in touch with one of the team at Richmond Pickering Ltd. In the first instance, you will need to apply for a submission form in order to submit your manuscript for consideration.

If your book is still at the idea stage but you feel that it has the potential to become part of our series, you may wish to consider our non-fiction book-coaching programme, designed to help take you from an initial idea to a completed manuscript in just 90 days.
